How Many Tampons Would it Have Taken to Save the Titanic?

Look, we’re not here to debate or break down the actual science behind this one but just humor us for a minute.

Supposedly, all it takes is one tampon to plug one small leak in a boat to keep water out and to keep the craft from sinking.

When it comes to sinking ships, though, there’s an iconic one that comes to mind for most people. Sure, if you’re in Michigan or Wisconsin, you’re probably thinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald but here, they are breaking down how many tampons it would have taken to save the Titanic.

If only the fated ship’s passengers had tampons, Kevlar and epoxy…
