Driver Arrested For Normal License Plate Frame

A man in Florida was recently arrested because of the license plate frame on his rental car.  Lots of us have plate frames.  Some have skulls or chains or college mascots.  Many of them are just a little plastic advertisement for the dealer we bought our car from.  That’s what this man’s was.  A simple, inoffensive plastic frame for a dealership.  The arresting offense?  The “S” on “Sunshine State” was partially obscured.
