Convicted Felon Arrested For 98th Time

It seems impossible for a person to be arrested nearly 100 times.  You’d think if a person led a bad enough life to be arrested multiple times would either end up dead or in prison for life far before they got to an extraordinary number like that.  However, in Washington state, sheriff’s deputies arrested a convicted felon with nearly 100 arrests on his record following a high-speed chase through Olympia Sunday night. The suspect remains in jail on what authorities say marks his 98th arrest.
