“God, You’re Hot,” Says School Board Member to Student

Is it inappropriate for a school board member to tell a student, “God, you’re hot” during a school board meeting?  It would seem like a pretty unanimous answer of, “yes”, which is why a board member is under fire.  During a Board of Education meeting in Washington County, TN a board member can be heard saying, “God, you’re hot. Do you know that? Where do you to school at?”
