Variations Of The Word “Exercise” Were Popular In The 1980’s

Exercise videos were extremely popular in the 1980’s.  The 1st I remember was Jazzercise.  That spawned a whole lot of videos with names that were also some sort of preposterous variation of the word exercise.  Here is a montage of a handful of them.
