T.O. Thanks His Mother, ‘The Real Hall Of Famer,’ And Recognizes Everyone Who’s Ever Felt Like An Outcast (Video)

NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens opted to skip his official Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Canton, OH over the weekend and instead gave the commencement speech at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Owens was presented his gold jacket by his mother, who he thanked for her support throughout his career and said that she was “the real Hall of Famer.” Owens then ended his speech by recognizing everyone who has ever felt like an outcast, been bullied or felt misunderstood.
