Yesterday the music community mourned a legend with the passing of Ric Ocasek, founder and front man of The Cars at 70 years old.
He appeared to have died of natural causes when reports said he was found unresponsive in his Manhattan apartment on Sunday afternoon by his estranged wife, Paulina Porizkova.
Porizkova and Ocasek had two children together and were married for 28 years, until they separated in May of 2018, around the time The Cars had finally been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
