Cheating on your significant other is shady enough, but adding several crimes to pull it off is even worse.
That’s what happened when this Aussie man and his rat tail decided they wanted to spend New Year’s Eve with someone else.
Paul Iera told his lady he was going to see hi “financial guy” only to later claim he’d been taken by ‘Middle Eastern men’ and being held hostage over a $7,000 dirt bike. He faked messages to really try to “sell” the whole scam.
His girlfriend, obviously, enlisted the help of the police, who discovered the truth. Now, Iera has been charged, fined, sentenced to 350 hours of community service and had several other firearms charges piled on top.
Just goes to show, never trust a man with a rat tail.
