Nowadays, it seems every single color, object, etc. has some alternate meaning. While, yes, people use personal style, the colors they wear, and even the colors of their nails to convey something about themselves, could it be even deeper than that?
According to this lady on TikTok, there is a theory out there about what wearing red fingernail polish means to men.
“I always thought red nails was a grandma nail color,” she says before explaining what “hit her” about them. Apparently, her revelation involved red being a popular nail color for moms in the 90’s so the red nails reminds men of their mothers taking care of them.
So yes, according to this woman, men like red nails because of either mommy issues or an Oedipus complex? What do you think?
