Henry Rojas, who’s been training for three years as a mixed martial artist, sprung into action and served up a real knuckle sandwich for breakfast to Austin Caresani before allowing even a moment for funny business.

Caresani ended up black and blue as he faced a judge later in the day as Rojas continued to show off some of his moves on the news, shadowboxing while sharing one important message, “Protect Your Family”.
