Uninvited Raccoon Roommate

A woman in the Cincinnati area just moved into a new rental and has a roommate she didn’t agree to live with.  In this case, it’s a raccoon!  For a raccoon, a hole is a door. In this particular case, a hole in the roof leads to a passage that allows the raccoon to enter through a cabinet in her kitchen.  Now, it doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult to remedy this situation, but apparently it is.
