Entertainment: Music & Christmas Carols; Wilson Elementary School Students, Family & Staff; Mount Rushmore Mascots & Santa Claus

5:30pm- Mike Modrick & KOTA TV will boradcast live; Mayor Steve & Shirlty Allender will officially “Light the Christmas Tree”
