The Rapid City Arts Council presents the 2016/2017 Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour. Experience adrenaline-packed action sports and explore the world’s last great wild places – raw, real life adventure on the BIG screen @ the Elks Theatre, downtown Rapid City!
