Central States Fair, Inc. is a non-profit, member-driven organization which manages the Pennington County Fairgrounds and produces the Central States Fair and the Black Hills Stock Show®. In addition, Central States Fair, Inc. hosts over 240 different days of rental activities throughout the year.

As a non-profit organization in Rapid City, the Central States Fair supports other community organizations and groups. Central States Fair, Inc donates over $121,000 in goods and services to these organizations that are making an impact on the community.
