There are now two opportunities to experience wellness and flexibility through yoga at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs). Monday, January 8 from 6 – 7 p.m. roll out your mat at our community yoga class. This class is open to ages teen to adult, no matter your fitness level.
New to the library is our gentle chair yoga class meeting Monday, January 22 from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. Gain mobility and flexibility through gentle poses and deep relaxation. Chairs provide support and assistance with balance.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective are ready to guide you into a fantastic 2018. If you don’t have a mat of your own, use one of ours! Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
