Need inspiration and cookies for that office cookie exchange? Thursday, December 15 from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs), make one recipe from “Cookie Advent Cookbook with 24 Festive Recipes” by Barbara Grunes and Virginia Van Vynckt, and go home with a lovely assortment of cookies to enjoy for the holidays.

Fifteen printed recipes from “Cookie Advent Cookbook” are available at the library’s front desk and our online Events Calendar. Choose one, take the recipe home and bring three dozen cookies to sample and exchange! Hot chocolate will be served.

Please register by noon Tuesday, December 13. There are still spaces available. Click on the Event Calendar to find out about and sign up for each month’s hands-on event. Registration opens the first day of each month until filled.
