Once thought to be extinct, the elusive black-footed ferret has been reintroduced at Wind Cave National Park. Wednesday, February 15 from noon – 1 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs), Lennie Ramacher will tell of ongoing management and preservation efforts to ensure the survival of this fascinating creature. Ramacher is Assistant Chief of Interpretation at Wind Cave National Park.
