In downtown Rapid City, the parade will start on Second Street and proceed down Main Street, turning at Seventh Street to St. Joseph Street and continuing down St. Joseph Street. Col. Jeffrey Taliaferro, base commander at Ellsworth Air Force Base, will be the grand marshal and speak at a luncheon, open to the public, after the parade at the VFW, 420 Main St.
