Lisa Shannon is Mrs. South Dakota International 2017! She is honored to be representing “The Rushmore State” at the Mrs. International Pageant this August in Charleston, West Virginia. She’s been traveling the state and preparing for the national pageant and that wouldn’t be possible without your help.
