Ride Therapy Project will be hosting a Chili Feed and Cosmic Bowling event to benefit Robert Rendon. Robert who is a nine-year veteran with the Rapid City Fire Department and Paramedic, was in a motorcycle accident in February, which resulted in the amputation of his right leg. When Ride Therapy Project heard his story and what an inspiration he is to the community, we wanted to help. Unfortunatley his motorcycle was totaled in the crash. That’s where Ride Therapy Project and YOU come in. This benefit is now for Robert and getting him back on two wheels! We want to purchase him a new motorcycle and modify it to fit his disability. He has given so much to his community, now it’s time for US to give back. Anyone is welcome to submit their favorite chili for tasting. Guests will vote for their favorites and prizes will be rewarded to the top 3 chilis. After the feed, guests are welcome to participate in the Cosmic bowling Robbinsdale offers. There will be drink specials, live music, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle for those wanting to participate. We will need a rough estimate on anyone interested in coming so we know roughly how many lanes to reserve. Come out for a fun evening while helping out Ride Therapy Project!
