If you want something a little more challenging, our regular community Yoga @ the Library class will meet Monday, May 14 from 6 – 7 p.m. This is open to teens through adults. Mats and blocks are available or bring your own.
Teachers from Sōl Yoga Collective will guide you in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
