“Apollo 13” is based on the true story of the ill-fated 13th Apollo mission bound for the Moon. NASA must devise a strategy to return Apollo 13 to Earth after the spacecraft undergoes massive damage and prospects of a safe return fade. Starring Tom Hanks, Kevin Bacon, Bill Paxton, Gary Sinise and Ed Harris, “Apollo 13” teaches courage, ingenuity, creative thinking and grace under pressure. This film is rated PG.
