Turtle Soup – “History of Saloons”

Presenter Kristi Thielen, Tri-State Museum & Visitor Center executive director, will share a history of the saloons in the West and their cultural, social and political influence. She’ll also talk about the famous saloons found in the Black Hills, with a focus on “Saloon Street” in Belle Fourche.

Feed your mind and your belly! Every Turtle Soup features a presentation on historic figures who influenced Black Hills history and includes soup from Angel’s Catering. Turtle Soups are included in a regular admission to the museum or are 1/2 off for members.
