Celebrate the life and times of Wild Bill Hickok with a weekend full of free entertainment!
Free concerts on Main Street are awesome, but that’s not all! You can also check out the National Dock Dogs Competition, learn the tricks of gold panning and sluicing from Black Hills pros, right on Main Street, and there’s also a weekend-long Wild West auction, featuring items from the real Wild West. Something for all tastes and ages – and something for the dogs! National DockDogs Competition will be back for its 7th year! All dogs are welcome!

Deadwood’s weekend of paying tribute to its most famous resident, will be a weekend of top tribute bands belting the hits of Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Jimmy Buffett, Michael Jackson and Garth Brooks. These Las Vegas-based tributes will be complete with full bands.
