Frazzled? Stressed? We have the antidote. All ages and fitness levels are invited to roll out a mat at our community yoga class on Monday, December 12 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs). Class is led by one of the instructors from the Sōl Yoga Collective. If you don’t have a mat of your own, use one of ours! Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
