Summer is nearly upon us. Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with body and mind, guided by instructors from Sōl Yoga Collective. Monday, May 8 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the downtown library (610 Quincy Street, upstairs), you are invited to roll out a mat at our community yoga class. This class is open to ages teen to adult, no matter your fitness level. If you don’t have a mat of your own, use one of ours! Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
