The City Limits strip club in Marysville, California held a fundraiser for two officers who did not endorse the event.
The club put on a “topless car wash” to raise money for two injured deputies who were shot after busting a marijuana farm.
Technically, the event was perfectly legal because it was held on the club’s property and the topless women were under a covered tent; however, as much as the officers appreciated the gesture, they could not endorse it.
The officers want the dancers to feel safe at the club and the girls certainly appreciate them.
City Limits and the girls ended up raising $2,565 for the deputies and it is entirely up to them to decide to take it or not.
