We all know and love potatoes in all their various forms; you can have them mashed, diced, fried and now you can even sleep in one!
So, the Idaho Potato Commission has a giant, fake potato they haul around the country to do promotions and recently upgraded to a new one!
Without plans for the old potato other than some interest from the Idaho Potato Museum but Kristie Wolfe decided she would turn it into an Airbnb rental!
It’s one big room, with a bathroom next door in a grain silo just 25 miles outside Boise, and you can rent it starting next month!
