The Friends of the Hill City Library will hold “A Patchwork of Books” Book Sale on Saturday, Sept 8th from 9:00 to 4:00 and Sunday, the 9th from noon to 3:00. The sale will be held at the Hill City Library garage and proceeds support the Hill City Public Library.
The sale will be held in conjunction with the Quilt Show and will include a display of quilts and aprons. It will include a variety of new and gently used books of all types: fiction, history, biographies, cookbooks, gardening, photography, westerns, art, quilting and crafts, children’s books, young reader chapter books, board books, and young adult books. A special selection of books will be sold as a “bag of books” for $2.00. The Friends of the Hill City Library is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization and receipts for tax deductions can be provided to donors.
