A homeowner’s association in Parker County, Texas is suing one of their homeowners because he is improperly using his home. You may be wondering how he’s using it improperly, because, well, it’s a house. You live in it, right? Well, Randy Carter is also using his home as a swinger’s club, called the “Naughty Neighbor’s Club.” And Randy wasn’t really that discreet about it, either! The club was advertised on swingers websites and everything!
Neighbors are mad because of the many instances of loud music and lots of traffic. Carter was also charging people to enter the club, which is the main issue behind the lawsuit. And it’s now also possible that a list of club “members” will be released as part of the lawsuit, which Carter’s neighbor says is rumored to contain many local judges and attorneys.
Now, we don’t know anyone in this community, but how crazy would it be of these people were outed? Sure, swinging isn’t illegal or anything, but it’s still considered to be pretty taboo so it’s bound to cause some craziness is Parker County, Texas!
