People sometimes do amazing things for others, but one couple from Australia really went above and beyond for one college student.
Cayla Chandara is a student working at a restaurant in Hawaii. One night, she was waiting on a couple from Australia when they started asking her where she was from. Cayla said that she was there for school, but couldn’t go back to school because of her student debt. The couple racked up a $200 tab and then tipped her $400 on top of it! Awesome!
The couple had told Cayla where they were staying, so she went there to thank them for the large tip. The couple decided that $400 wasn’t enough and then gave Cayla an additional $10,000 to help pay off student loans! What an incredible tip!
Understandably, Cayla was shocked with the random act of kindness and is now planning on returning to school to study liberal arts.
