Charles Barkley is awesome. The dude says what he feels and gives zero f**ks about it.
A few months back, Barkley said that he was going away to a “fat camp” this summer because his weight had gotten a little out of control. Well, it worked, because Barkley managed to drop 40 pounds and looks great!
Barkley was recently asked how he lost the weight, and his answer seems pretty obvious. He ate, and continues to eat, lots of vegetables. But don’t think that means that Charles enjoyed the whole process. In fact, he’s not a fan of veggies at all. After revealing his secret to weight loss success, Barkley quipped, “They suck, just for the record.”
