Edmond, Oklahoma police are on the hunt for a steak and painting bandit who stole a painting worth $4K and steaks from a woman’s porch.
Upon watching surveillance video, Kim Garrett, saw a man walk up to her porch and load the pricey items into his car. Garrett says it’s not as much about the items, but moreso the fact she feels less safe.
