Mason Ramsey yodeled his way into our hearts last week and like any viral sensation, he ended up on Ellen’s couch!
They start with an interview where Ramsey shares about how he still prefers his downright country boy roots over the hustle and bustle of LA.
He says his big dream is to perform someday at the Grand Ole’ Opry but first plans to save up his money, go to college, and then live in a motor home and “work [his] way up.” For now, though, he says he feels like he’s performed “like 50,000 times” at his local Walmart!
Lil’ Ramsey then takes his talents from the shampoo aisle to the Ellen stage to perform his iconic rendition of Hank Williams Sr.’s “Lovesick Blues.”
After his performance, Ellen has a wonderful series of surprises for the young cowboy including the chance to perform at the Opry this weekend, an actual concert at Walmart and a $15,000 check from Walmart to save for college!
