If you’ve ever wondered if business owners actually pay attention to the reviews they get online, let this woman’s experience be a lesson…They do.
Yesha Callahan left an average, three-star review for Sterling, Virginia restaurant, La Porchetta and hours later the manager showed up at her home.
If you think that sounds really creepy, well you’re absolutely right.
Not only did the manager show up to her home at 10 p.m. and knock on the door, to which Callahan did not answer, he also proceeded to call her multiple times. Callahan again didn’t answer but he left a voicemail to say he was there to discuss the review.
The funny thing is, the review in question here really isn’t that bad! She offers suggestions and specifics as to why she had an average experience but said she would be willing to try something else!
Callahan has since changed her review and La Porchella management has made a sad attempt at an explanation but the damage is done! Can you imagine if we tracked down every person who left us negative comments? Sheesh!
