FULL RECAP: Steve’s Attempt At A ‘Joggling’ Record (Video)

On Wednesday morning, Steve attempted to “joggle,” or joggling while juggling, 100 yards in less than 42 seconds. We had this idea after watching the video of the Boston University student breaking a world record for joggling a five-minute mile.

After some negotiation, it was agreed upon that if Steve joggled 100 yards in less than 42 seconds, everyone else on the show would have to buy breakfast once. If his time was higher than 42 seconds, he had to buy breakfast for the show. The stage was set.

Steve’s first attempt was a disaster, clocking in at 1:08. Due to Free Beer’s terrible play-by-play, Hot Wings didn’t know when to stop the timer, which explains the confusion in the video below. Steve decided to go double or nothing and give it another shot. This time, he was much more successful, however the celebration was short-lived due to some manufactured controversy.

The guys insisted that Steve was “traveling,” because he was throwing the balls higher in the air and running faster than they expected. Traveling is a rule in basketball and despite their best attempts, they could not figure out a way to apply it to joggling. Also, they’re stupid.

In the end, the record will stand, but Steve will never forget how his coworkers treated him so horribly on what should have been a victorious occasion. Watch the video below for a full recap.
