Don’t you just hate when you’re super excited to watch a riveting soccer match when all of a sudden, it comes to bite you in the…face?
This woman thought it would be fun to go out to Turf Moor in Burnley, Lancashire, England to watch the Burnley Football Club take on Istanbul Basaksehir for the Europa League qualifying game.
For a European soccer fan it seemed like a fun time, until she got nailed in the face by a ball that was launched over the crossbar during warm-ups!
She was not paying even the slightest bit of attention to the ball that we are lucky enough to see in the video.
This ball literally looks like her face has a magnetic field drawing it in because this thing goes from the player’s foot, over the crossbar and hits her right in the kisser!
Apparently, she ended up being fine and staying for the whole game but she’ll probably end up getting free tickets or just put straight through to Ellen.
