For reasons unbeknownst to most, the Sharknado series is still alive and kicking. The sixth and final installment of the series, The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time, premiered last night and, not surprisingly, has a 20% score on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of this writing.
Sharknado star Tara Reid was doing press for the movie on Today Extra on Australia’s Channel Nine via satellite late last week and caused a bit of concern because of her slurring and squinting throughout the entire interview. Paired with Reid rambling and sometimes incoherent speech, it just wasn’t a good look. The fact that she was on via satellite didn’t help matters either, as the delay proved to be a problem as Reid and the hosts of the program kept talking over each other.
Reid’s issues continued the next day with an interview with costar Ian Ziering where she had many of the same problems; slurring, rambling and just overall awkwardness.
