Two men walk into a Family Dollar armed with swords, no, this is not the setup to a bad joke, it actually happened to this Birmingham dollar store!
It was only Precious Spencer’s second day on the job when two men tried to rob the place armed with swords and her manager whipped out a gun!
Apparently associates are not allowed to have guns on the job but Precious said her manager told her “they rob us too much and that’s why I have my gun.”
The store has been hit 13 times since October and soon they will have an armed security officer to fend off any sword-wielding weirdos!
