Anyone who has ever worked retail or just worked with the public in general already knows that old stand-by “the customer is always right” is a fat load of crap!
If you are the type of customer who thinks the world revolves around you or just treats employees like garbage, just know anyone who interacts with you in that setting is talking about how horrible you are the second you leave.
Sometimes, though, the customer thinks they are totally right when they could not be more wrong like one person featured in this list who was adamant that “28 months” meant one year…
